A special thanks to the Gore family for traveling all the way from Beggs in order for me to photograph them. Also thanks to my friend Chris Humphrey who photographed their wedding, for referring them to me. I so enjoyed getting to know this family. Chris Gore is the Pastor of First Baptist in Beggs. I love it when families bring their own props. It always makes a session more personalized and Leslie brought the best ones. Antique books, rocking horses, wooden animals and stuffed ones too. She's lucky I didn't "accidentally " bring them back to the studio with me! So take a look at this kiddoe. I'm so blessed I get to photograph the most precious children.

A little birdie told me. . . .

. . . . that moms birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks and she would love to have some more pictures of her beautiful little Michael. Is is PC to call a boy beautiful......well this one is~with his blond hair and blue eyes and personality to boot. I just love looking at his pictures. We hadn't planned on photographing him in his rain boots but it was pouring cats and dogs when he came in (when isn't it these days) and I couldn't resist! Oh and just ask this boy anything about space and he can tell you. He even knew that Venus was hottest planet in the solar system. He's destined to be the first 4 year old on the moon!

Going Downtown .........

So if your one of those people who automatically thinks of the park or a studio when you think of a portrait session check these photos out. It suited them both so perfectly.......when we finally got there. After RS'ing because of rain, rain, more rain, 35mph winds, t-ball games, and once we even actually got all the way downtown only to find my favorite spots blocked off for Mayfesters!! Aaaaaargh! But as you can see it was sooooo worth the wait. Thanks for all your patience guys. Mandy I know you can't wait to show off your album so I hope these photos will tide you over!
